I've had those, they aren't fun. I think they are caused cause a lack of potassium? Id"K"... haha, K. Potassium. Yeah... It's late, I'm a little off.

What is everyone's Christmas plans (if you celebrate it that is.) I get to go to my mom's. Hubby has to work from 8pm-8am Christmas eve and same shift Christmas Day. Idk if I'll get to see him at all

I asked my doctor about them since they were happening so often and because of how long the pain would linger. I cant remember what she said the cause was but I think you may be right. Since I started streaching they have disappered thank goodness.

Thats too bad SA sorry to hear it but hope you have fun at ur moms. I will be going to my aunts house to see everyone and have dinner on Christmas Eve then people will be at my place for Christmas day. Boxing day belongs to my mom. Will be haveing dinner with her, her dad *my pappa*, and my moms bf. Fun, fun, fun

I heard that it could also be salt or quinine that is needed to keep the leg cramps away too. I get them in my calf muscle at night sometimes.

It became almost every night for me so I decided to get help. Sorry for not being around tonight. I didnt mean to be out so late with my friend. We left the bar at around a quarter to midnight then sat at Tim Hortons till around 1:30 then we talked at my place till about 2 something, didnt plan to it just happened. Sorry again

Well here is where I've been and what I've done in a nutshell...

Phone broke (palm)
Got a new phone (iPhone...sorry not AT&T)
New hotspot sucks
Tobuscus!!!
Work (communications center)
Castleville
Was Grace Bradley/Mother in the Best Christmas Pageant Ever
Passed all my classes
Stupid school messed up grades and took my scholarships
Fixed that
Got fed up with autocorrect and turned it off
Began playing Assassins Creed...the first one for the first time
Played assassin's creed badly
Made Altiar steal/ride horses all around the country ...that's fun
Tobuscus!!!!!
Figured autocorrect misspells fewer words than I do so turned it back on
work (National Park)
Christmas!

Really wants Minecraft

Oh I forgot Phi Beta Lambda State and Fall Leadership conferences oooooo and the diaper drive I created

Sorry I kinda lied. We went to my grandma's in NM. I forgot my charger at home like a tardo pants.

Hello MC!!! glad you are back and NP Raist, we all know how true life can get in the way of posting at times .

New Years Eve night was cool and the movie "WAR HORSE" was great! of course I'm a horse lover as well as a dog and cat man. It was a cool little story and a tear jerk-er....

Yeah, real life can be such a drag... lol. Hmm...I've never heard of that movie before, but I'm glad it was good I just watched some Lord of the Rings this weekend...so it was complete for me

Whent to see the new Sherlock Holems on New Years Eve then stayed up till six at my friends house, walked home and got to bed at 7. Slept till 1 the next day and had a fish and chips dinner with dad before going over to Billys for the night. All in all the most awsome New Years Eve and New Years Day ever
