*Sabrina sat on the table and watched Kate work. She found a large trout in cold storage, already cleaned and de boned but with the skin still on. She scored the fish and placed fresh dill in the slits, after butter and lemmon she placed it in a hot pan with some oil. This done she began on the potatoes* "Fancy"
