I have been an avid dragonlance reader for years and years. I have always wanted to see a movie be made about this series.
WHAT THE HELL IS THIS CRAP THAT PARAMOUNT IS TRYING TO GIVE US?????
I understand the reasoning behind this movie not having a huge budget because the books are older and everything. Look at Lord of the Rings and the Hobbit...they started off as animated movie, BUT, the animation was good for the time and the story was conveyed well. After all I have read from the people that have actually seen this "movie" really makes me start to question why I preordered it. Is it because I am a fan and the more people that buy it means that it will be one step closer to making a "real" movie? Or did I let my inner child take over and jump at it JUST because it was a "movie" finally? I will always love the books and the characters, but come on Paramount!...don't INSULT us fans by throwing this garbage at us. Just because we read and enjoy fantasy doesn't make us stinking fanboys or girls that can't tell a shit production from a hole in the ground. Pathetic.
